Lol we can very much give tickets like any other cop. As long as it is an officer's jurisdiction which well most Sheriff Department's the whole county is their jurisdiction while others the parts that are outside city limits, like here which is basically the country, is their jurisdiction. But most of the roads and highways here are Sheriff, Local, and State Trooper jurisdiction it basically just boils down to who saw ya do what ya did and who pulls ya over first.
