Summary

The Sales Administrator will be assigned to specific accounts and assist the Sales Team with the processing, tracking and verification of sales orders from various retailers, process claim forms for Coop, RA's, and Defective Returns.
Assist sales team with maintenance and interface on retail vendor sites i.e.: Wal-Mart Retail Link and Target Partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders from various accounts and maintain inventory sheet in a timely manner (daily)
• Keep in close communication with Ditan and SMP
• Assure the accuracy of all EDI orders received and process
• Process and maintain records of co-op requests, price protections, returns, and RAs
• File and maintain Coop Advertisements as they are received (proof of performance)
• Facilitate POP distribution with Creative Team
• Provide sales support for Sales Reps to resolve customer/accounts issues related to orders, price protections, returns, Coop, and RAs
• Assist the Accounting department to reconcile outstanding chargebacks, provide all necessary forms for cross departmental sign off
• Work with accounting department to investigate discrepancies related to freight claims, shortages, and all other 3PL related issues. Interface with Ditan to resolve chargebacks
• And other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Ability to multi task in fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarity
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong word processing and other computer skills
• Independent worker (i.e., takes initiative and works well with little supervision)
• Efficient and productive
• Knowledge of the entertainment software industry
• Japanese language skills and experience working with Japanese corporations (not required, but a plus)

Education and/or Experience:

• HS Degree required; some college preferred
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• 1 Year consumer products order processing and customer ser vice experience required
• Must be detail oriented, assertive, and have a strong work ethic
