Final Fantasy IX -2 ?!?!?!

I heard rumors about Final Fantasy IX - 2

Some People's said FF IX-2 gonna be only for NINTENDO WII or PS2
but Others said Square gonna do a Remake for PS3 i don't know what to think about it ... but i want to ask

DO YOU ( YES YOU ) THINK FINAL FANTASY IX DESERVED FOR NEXT PART ?

i think FF9 got awesome Story and fully deserved

I personally wouldn't mind to see any FF game made into another sequel, however I really doubt that their going to sequel FFIX, and even if they do I don't think it'll be anytime soon. Perhaps in 10 or so years when square runs out of material again, like they always do, perhaps they'll consider it.

Presently they seem pretty booked. Anyway, were did you here this rumor at, all the rumors I hear have to do with FFVII being remade, which I really doubt.

i dunno ffix did kinda end, i think it spoil it to do a sequel, a bit like ffx-2 it spoilt the ending of x imo.
and as to if they gonna do it, no who ever told you that is telling porkies XD, the only remake that they might ever do is FF7 and that is way off into the future if that would ever happen, which again i dont think so

So i heard rumors on some FF IX forums , yes now they making FF7 remake for PS3
but on last E3 Square Enix presents new FFXIII trailer and told about FFXIII is not PS3 exclusive coz Xbox 360 gonna got it to , mr Sakaguchi ( former director FF projects in Square Enix ) said about all Finals from PSX (VII,VIII,IX) so they gonna do remake or next part

Wow, you're saying that every psx Final Fantasy is going to be remade. If you ever thought I overused the the word doubt before i'll say that over a million times before they actually CONFIRM it. I have never heard in any rumor, magazine, or even any person saying that every FF game was going to be remade. First off the only reason anyone ever thought that FFVII was going to be remade, was because they made a tech demo about 2 or so years ago showing the PS3's capabilities. Now it's also adding up because if you ever played FFVII Crisis Core and seen the secret ending it shows Cloud on top of the train where FFVII started. These are the only reasons why I think that FFVII would ever be remade. A while back their were rumores that FFVIII was going to be remade to for the PS2. People were actually able to preorder it at the time and it was never released.

I don't know where you guys are getting these silly rumors at, in every forum i've been in nobody ever said that they actually heard SQUARE confirm that they were ever going to remake these games. Ok even if they ever did remake these games I seriously doubt that they'll all make it on the console, if anything they'll find their places on the PSP. However if you have actual proof of ANY of this copy a link and post it.

i think that says it all lol, it is a mere rumour they havnt announced any such thing, all spawned from the tech demo they did like 3 years ago,
o and as for the ending to crises core that is the tech demo
but yes ffxiii is going on xbox as well.

maybe all of u guys are right , but listen when Mr. Sakaguchi left Square Enix ( after FF X-2) they start to do ''/ not good Jrpgs i think they got problem with ideas maybe that why they making ramakes , some infos are in E3 so just check on google

I've also heard the rumor of FFVII being remade, but it's just that, a rumor (for now).

But the idea of them remaking some of the other FF games is becoming very likely, considering they've remade FFI and FFII (again) for the PSP and FFIII and FFIV for the DS, we might be seeing FFV and FFVI on DS also, and that could lead to some of the higher up ones being remade too. I DO doubt they'll remake ALL of them, but who knows?

Oh and before I forget, FFIX was awesome, noone can deny that, but I think the ending didn't leave any possibilities for a sequel.

I am very much looking forward to the idea of any remake. I am most looking toward a remake of FFVII but I think I could live with a remake of FFVIII.
