No, I do not. First of all, I do not think it is accurate to say "the Aeons" were villains. They were merely one of the many victims of Yu Yeavon. As for the others, apart from Zeromus, I like it. I would put them in a different order, but they are okay choices.

Were I to make a list of the top five Final Fantasy villains it would have it be the following:

5) Emperor Palamecia (Final Fantasy II)
4) Kefka (Final Fantasy VI)
3) Kuga (Final Fantasy IX)
2) Garland (Final Fantasy I)
1) Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII)

It should be noted that these are my personnel favorites, were I to choose them based on their public fandom it would be different. Now, to explain my choices. Emperor Palamecia and Kuga were chosen because I an rather fond of the vainglorious personalities of these two characters and their love for theatrics. Kefka is simply an insane man and I was personally surprised he over-threw Gestahl the way he did. Garland can simply be described as a classic and an interesting character because so little is know about him. With Sephiroth, it requires little, if any, explanation. His character is simply 'new' to the established motifs of video gaming. How often is the person with the Messiah Complex actually the 'bad person' of the game? Mix that with note worthy scenes and quotes and Sephiroth is a character you love to hate.
