This is Driving me NUTS

Okay so i bought the CE for FF XIV, and after i installed the game it just shows a black rectangle and the error message
"Final Fantasy XIV has stopped working"

After that i googled what could be the problem but still didnt work
i updated all my driver cards and reinstalled the game twice, but it keeps showing me the same thing.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

System information:
CPU: i3 2.13GH processor
RAM: 4G
Video Card: ATI radeon HD 5430
Windows 7 Ultimate edition 32bit
DirectX 11

absolutly no idea, usually its a driver. Ive not seen anywhere where its a continued problem

Did you solve the problem?

You can try contacting the support, but maybe it has to do with your Windows version.
Also, try to clean up all your registers, close all the other programs, and try to re install it.

Have you tried updating your directX. That was the major problem in beta. I know you said your running dx 11 but sometimes you need to have the old driver files still there.
